About Me
I can relate to your journey. I am an objective listener who will challenge your thinking. No agenda. No judgment. Just a desire to see you succeed.
With 30 years experience managing entrepreneurial companies (including my own), I’m accustomed to wearing a lot of hats! My professional background includes managing operations, sales support, human resources and finances for a world renowned training and consulting firm. Other entrepreneurial pursuits include corporate event planner and travel agent. I did the working mother juggling act and have navigated the transition to my “second act” as a professional coach. Becoming a coach was a natural transition. The common thread to all my experience has been my role as the “voice of reason” – the person co-workers could rely on to listen and problem solve.
I have a B.A. degree in Psychology from The George Washington University, and received my professional coaching education from the University of Miami. Also, I am a member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and adhere to their code of conduct.
My greatest joy is spending time with my husband and our two daughters. Traveling and good food are also high on the list!
Why Lehman Coaching?
Today, anyone with a website and a photo can claim to be a coach. Navigating all the choices can be hard. But imagine having a coach with decades of real-world experience and a solid track record. Imagine someone who can see your challenges in all their baffling subtlety, empathize entirely, make sense out of it, and help you arrive at achievable action steps – with measurable results. A coach like that could change your life.
You don’t have to imagine. That’s the coach I’m committed to being for you. I coach people from a variety of backgrounds – from college students to retirees. I also focus on entrepreneurs growing their businesses, and individuals preparing for a life change. I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, and take pride in every success story.
Professional coaching maximizes potential and, therefore, unlocks latent sources of productivity. – ICF

The greatest thing about man is his ability to transcend himself, his ancestry and his environment and to become what he dreams of being.

WHEN (AND WHERE) DO WE MEET?
Each coaching engagement is tailored to the client’s specific needs. A typical coaching engagement consists of two 1-hour sessions each month with phone and email access in between sessions. I recommend a three month commitment to experience the power of coaching. After accomplishing their initial goals, most clients continue an ongoing coaching relationship with me to address new challenges that arise.
The majority of coaching is via phone. It’s convenient, efficient and very effective. I work with clients from around the world and across town. In person, on the phone, via Skype or on a walk in the park — I am there for YOU!
